Residential
Creative London has been engaged by architects and their clients to deliver significant domestic construction schemes, including basements, extensions, roof conversions, conversions of commercial premises into domestic dwellings (change of use); swimming pools, all of which demand an understanding of temporary works. We also have experience in demolition of mid terrace properties and rebuilds, whilst designing systems to restrain the adjacent buildings. In this respect we have an excellent reputation for delivering very high quality construction solutions.
New Build
In 2022/23 Creative London have delivered two exciting newbuild schemes. These include two semi detached houses in Wimbledon with basements on a sloping site, both requiring significant temporary works to restrain the adjacent buildings and facilitate the build. We have also completed the construction of a stunning detached house in Marlow Buckinghamshire, situated in a magnificent rural setting with mature landscaping. This project required stone masons to hand craft quarry stone in order to deliver the architects design.
